Social Media Management

As an increasing number of brands embrace social media as a marketing channel, the need for a unique brand tone, a well-defined strategy, and purposeful posting becomes increasingly essential. Successful brands in the social media landscape have evolved beyond merely sharing visually appealing pictures and promoting sales. They now focus on creating engaging content that aligns with their overall brand values. Cleverly designed campaigns take center stage to highlight sales and new products, recognizing that straightforward "sales" posts risk getting lost in the algorithm noise.

Engagement & Brand Building

I take great pleasure in orchestrating social campaigns and developing brand-building strategies. In my role as a social media manager, I've had the chance to collaborate on giveaways with brands that share the client’s values. This goes beyond just boosting followers and engagement—it's an opportunity to reinforce our brand pillars and connect with an audience with similar interests. Another avenue for marketing and brand development is through influencer partnerships. As these partnerships become more prevalent, ensuring they tell a compelling story or provide valuable insights is crucial, especially considering the potential audience fatigue. Incorporating a brand's distinctive characteristics into its social strategy is essential for keeping followers engaged. This approach ensures that the audience remains attentive, making it more likely for them to hear important announcements during critical touchpoints.

Brand Building Case Study

Social media is a powerful asset for brands looking to champion new retailers and their promotions! I've successfully spearheaded both small and large-scale retail support social campaigns. I’ve curated campaigns that involved strategically teaming up with influencers, orchestrating engaging giveaways, and curating captivating and distinctive content to showcase retailers and related promotions.

Brand Building Case Study: Little Secrets

Little Secrets, a fair trade chocolate company known for transforming beloved childhood chocolates into healthier versions with reduced sugar and additives, decided to launch a special Back to School/Labor Day sale. Our goal was to ensure that the campaign was not only engaging but also aligned with the brand's identity and stood out amidst other sales during the same launch period. This led to the creation of the "Back To (Old) School" campaign.

Playing on the concept of traditional back-to-school sales and emphasizing our brand's Reason To Believe (RTB) as a childhood classic, we opted for a 90's theme to infuse a nostalgic touch into this unique sale. The idea was to bring the 90's theme to life, connecting with our audience on a deeper level. As part of the campaign, I played a pivotal role in coordinating a partnership with a 90's themed influencer, curating a Spotify playlist filled with nostalgic tunes, organizing a throwback-themed giveaway in collaboration with health-conscious brands, and providing direction for themed content and memes—all crafted to resonate with the Back to School sales theme. The result was a successful and distinctive campaign that not only reflected our brand essence but also captured the attention of our audience in a memorable way.
